European inspired Single Story Plan incredible Courtyard Entrance

Home Plan Description

The Sterling is a distinctively designed single story plan that has an incredible amount of detail. The very first feature that you will notice is the uniquely beautiful courtyard area to the front entry. This home is anything but ordinary. The façade is a well balanced combination of stone and stucco rounded out with arched details and metal roof accents. Upon entering this home you can tell immediately that this is a special home. There is openness and a feeling of warmth. Ornately trimmed columns set the stage for the entire home. The formal dining room is spacious and features a recessed tray ceiling. The great room, kitchen, and breakfast area are very open and airy allowing great flow for entertaining. The Master Suite is large and private, recessed at the rear of the home. There are two large walk in closets prior to entering the Master bath. There are separate vanities with sinks, a large garden tub, and shower with seat and enclosed by glass. In addition, there are two large secondary bedrooms, one of which might make a great office or study. For outdoor living there is a wonderful covered porch with a cathedral ceiling which is accessible from the breakfast area. There is also an immense amount of unheated storage area above the garage which, as an option, can be turned into a studio with full bath for additional living area.
